Administrative Team
Stephanie Lassalle
Administrative Supervisor & Director of Marketing
Stephanie, a San Diego native, grew up immersed in the local horse community. She attended Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and Arizona State University focusing on Human Development and Psychology. Along with her family, Stephanie was an avid competitor in the American Quarter Horse Association circuit and ran a successful breeding program.
During her over ten years with SDEG, Stephanie loves that she has been able to combine her passion for business, marketing, and horses in her role. As the administrative supervisor, Stephanie is deeply involved in all facets of the practice, collaborating closely with clients, doctors, RVTs, and administrative staff to ensure exceptional care and service.
Beyond her responsibilities at SDEG, Stephanie contributes to the community through her roles on the advisory committee for the FACE Foundation and the Mesa College Animal Health Technology program. She also serves on the board of directors for the Twin Oaks Valley Equestrian Association, dedicated to preserving open spaces for equestrian activities.
In her free time, Stephanie enjoys traveling, live music, and adventuring with her fiancé and their toy Australian Shepherd, Georgia.
Laura Zeller
Administrative Assistant
Laura Zeller has been a part of the San Dieguito Equine team since 2011 with a brief hiatus to run her family Bakery. She has worked in a diversity of fields, including the surf industry, owning a small business, and becoming a certified Equine Massage therapist.
Laura first became interested in horses as a child, taking riding lessons in Illinois, but it wasn’t until much later in life when her two sons left for college that Laura truly got the itch. Along with her husband, Laura has made their rural Valley Center home a refuge to many horses, dogs, and various other farm animals, including pigs and goats. In addition to her daughter Zoe, also an SDEG employee, Laura has two grown sons and has recently been promoted to the title of Grandma!
Laura brings compassion and attention to detail to her role as an administrative assistant and wellness coordinator.
Holly Krugger-Garcia

A Northwestern Pennsylvania native, and life-long animal lover, Holly’s equine experience began in childhood as a member of her local 4-H club. Graduating with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Elementary Education from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania; Holly has worked with children from Preschool age through the 5th grade level. She taught beginner lessons in horsemanship and pony riding for several years; and experienced firsthand the meaningful connection that develops between horse and rider.
Outside of the office, Holly enjoys doing fun stuff with her family, spending time outdoors, walking her dogs, gardening, reading and creative endeavors.
Colleen Gray
Administrative Assistant
Joining San Dieguito Equine Group in 2023 was a great opportunity for Colleen to blend her lifelong love of horses and animals with her professional background in business administration and marketing. She enjoys providing personalized service for our customers and the entire SDEG community.
Colleen grew up riding about 30 miles north of Boston in Hamilton, Massachusetts. She competed in the pony and children’s hunters as a junior and continued riding and showing in the hunters as an adult after moving to San Diego. Colleen has a BA in Communication from CSU San Marcos and an MA in Political Science/American Political Institutions from UC Riverside.
In her spare time, Colleen loves to participate in dog sports with her Shetland Sheepdog and 2 Pembroke Welsh Corgis – Cisco, Cali and Keegan. She also enjoys reading and spending time with friends and her partner David.
